For years, people have encountered me through many different expressions: teacher, writer, speaker, mentor, visionary, encourager.
But beneath every title has always been the same heart: creating safe spaces for transformation.
My work was born from lived experience. From rebuilding. From unlearning. From healing loudly. From surviving seasons that required me to rediscover who I was beneath performance, pressure, pain, and expectation.
I know what it feels like to carry things silently. To over-function. To keep showing up while quietly unraveling. And I also know what it feels like to finally confront the narratives that shaped you, and choose freedom anyway.
That’s the heart behind everything I create.
